01
Overview
VibeFarm is a shipped prompt composition workspace for creators and teams working across AI models. Instead of treating prompts as disposable text, it turns prompt work into structured systems that can be composed, refined, saved, and reused across visual, video, writing, and systems workflows.
02
Context
This was a founder-led production SaaS built under real constraints: limited resources, a fast-moving AI landscape, and a product category still taking shape. The goal was to create a serious workflow tool that made complex prompt work more repeatable, controlled, and usable.
03
Problem
Prompting becomes fragile as soon as users iterate. Intent gets lost across rewrites, formats, model targets, and saved versions. What starts as a clear idea often turns into scattered fragments, duplicated prompts, broken structure, and inconsistent results.
04
System
VibeFarm models prompt work as reusable workspace states. Users can compose prompts through structured modes, save complete VibeCard snapshots, reuse variables and fragments, apply scoped changes, and preserve intent across different workflows without rebuilding from scratch.
05
Key Decisions & Guardrails
The product was designed around mode isolation, snapshot-based iteration, reusable prompt rigs, scoped overrides, and validity rules. These decisions prevent one workflow from corrupting another, keep source states intact, and make the system harder to misuse as projects grow more complex.
06
Outcome
The result is a working SaaS-style product with multi-mode composition, VibeCard saving, AI-assisted refinement, guardrails, timeline-based video prompting, visual references, cloud sync, local draft recovery, and scalable library architecture, designed and built end to end.
