What is a Google Business Profile?
It is the business listing customers can see in Google Search and Maps. If you have searched for a local company and seen its reviews, phone number, hours, photos, and directions, you have probably used one.
Do I already have one?
Possibly. If your business already appears on Google, we look for the existing profile during setup rather than creating another one.
Is Google Business Profile free?
Yes. Google does not charge for the listing. Rule & Form manages the ongoing work around it.
What if my web designer or marketing agency already handles it?
That is fine. We first identify who owns and manages the existing profile so nothing is duplicated or moved blindly.
Do I give Rule & Form ownership of it?
No. Your business keeps ownership. Rule & Form only needs appropriate management access.
Will things change without my approval?
Changes that require your consent are shown before they are submitted. If Google changes something itself, we surface the difference rather than silently fighting it.
What if there is a verification, duplicate, or suspension problem?
Rule & Form surfaces the issue and manages the next steps. Some actions still have to be completed by the business owner or through Google's own processes.
Does this guarantee that I rank first in Google Maps?
No. We manage the profile. We do not sell guaranteed Maps rankings.
