01Who can become a Rule & Form partner?

We work with businesses and individuals who have genuine contractor relationships, including suppliers, distributors, consultants, coaches, instructors, service providers, industry organizations, customers, and creators.

02How much do partners earn?

Founding Partners earn $100 per month for every active Rule & Form customer they refer. Customers acquired while the Founding Partner Rate is offered are grandfathered at that rate for as long as they remain active.

03What does the referred business pay?

Rule & Form is $299 per month with no setup fee, no long-term contract, and website migration included for most sites.

04When does a referral qualify?

Commissions begin after the referred customer completes their second successful subscription payment, then continue at $100 per month while the account remains paid and active.

05What does the commission cover?

The Founding Partner Rate applies to the original referred base subscription. Taxes, pass-through costs, add-ons, refunded or charged-back payments, self-referrals, and fraudulent referrals do not qualify.

06What if the contractor doesn't use my link or code?

Approved partners can register direct introductions. Accepted registrations receive 60 days of protected attribution.

07Does it cost anything to become a partner?

No.

08Do I need to be a Rule & Form customer?

No.

09How are referrals tracked?

Depending on the referral, Rule & Form can track links, referral codes, QR codes, and registered introductions.

10Can my company become the partner?

Yes. Supply houses, distributors, consultancies, training organizations, and other businesses can participate directly as company partners.

11Can anyone join?

Anyone with legitimate contractor relationships can apply. We review partners to protect customers, prevent fraud, and make sure the referral approach fits the Rule & Form brand.
