STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Before you hand us the keys.
01Is Rule & Form just a website?
No. The website is the public-facing part of the system. Rule & Form also manages the business information behind it, the search decisions that determine where it should grow, the context around website inquiries, and the ongoing changes that keep it current.
02Is Rule & Form an SEO company?
Search is part of the product, but Rule & Form is not a traditional SEO retainer. Search Coverage uses your actual services, markets, existing website, and search evidence to determine what the site legitimately needs to represent. We do not create pages simply to chase keywords.
03Do you guarantee Google rankings?
No. We can build accurate, useful coverage around legitimate demand. Search engines decide rankings.
04What does $299 a month include?
The core plan includes the managed website, publishing, Search Coverage, the managed pages needed to correct legitimate missing coverage, website lead capture, existing-site review, and ongoing management within the standard Rule & Form scope. Work outside that scope is agreed and priced before it begins.
05What if my current website already ranks?
We review what is already there before deciding what should change. Useful pages, URLs, content, search visibility, forms, tracking, and other important assets are treated as things to understand and preserve deliberately. Rankings can still move, and we do not guarantee otherwise.
06Do I have to replace the software I already use?
No. Keep the systems that run the business, including field-service, dispatch, accounting, calendars, and other internal operating tools. Rule & Form manages the customer-facing layer around them.
07Do I have to manage Rule & Form myself?
No. You provide the information, approvals, and business decisions only you can provide. We manage the system.
08Who owns my domain and business data?
You do.
