If your software isn’t one we connect to directly yet, you don’t have to wait. Give us a web address, and every new lead from your website is sent to it the moment it arrives.
Most owners point it at Zapier, which can pass each lead on to thousands of tools: job software, a CRM, a spreadsheet, a team chat. If you or someone on your team has your own system, it can receive the lead directly.
Every lead is signed, so the receiver can check it came from us, and carries its own key, so it’s never added twice.

Setup
- In your portal, open Settings, then Integrations, and choose Webhook.
- Paste the web address. In Zapier, that’s the Catch Hook address from Webhooks by Zapier.
- Press Send a test lead, and copy the signing secret somewhere safe.
- Finish your Zap, or your system, and turn it on.

What stays the same

Questions
Do I need a paid Zapier plan?
Yes. The webhook step in Zapier is on its paid plans. A system of your own that accepts webhooks doesn’t need Zapier at all.
Could the same lead arrive twice?
Every lead carries its own key. If a send times out, we send it again with the same key, so a receiver that checks it never adds a lead twice.
Can leads go to Jobber and a webhook at the same time?
No. Leads go to one place at a time, so nothing is split between two systems.
What happens if my Zap is switched off?
We keep trying for about an hour, then tell you. You still get every lead by text and email.
Does it cost extra?
Not from us. Sending leads out is included in your Rule & Form plan.
