Sending leads to Jobber and other software
The short answer
Connect Jobber once, and every lead from your website becomes a new request in Jobber. For other software, we can send each lead to a web address you choose. Either way, you still get the text and the email.
Jobber
Connect Jobber once, in your portal under Settings, then Integrations. You sign in to Jobber and give Rule & Form permission. We use it to look up your clients and add requests, nothing else.
From then on, every lead from your website becomes a new request in Jobber, the same kind of thing Jobber's own online request form creates. It's never a job, a quote or a visit: those are yours to make.
Matched to your clients. If exactly one client in Jobber has the same phone number or email, the request goes on that client. Otherwise, a new client is created.

Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan and other software
For other software, we can send each lead to a web address you choose, the moment it arrives. This is called a webhook. Tools like Zapier can receive it and pass each lead on to the software you use. Set it up in the same place, and send a test lead to check it works.
Each lead goes to one place at a time, either Jobber or your webhook.
You still get the text and email
Connected or not, every lead is still texted and emailed to you. If your job software is down, you don't lose the lead.
