Your team already runs the work in Workiz, and that doesn’t change. When someone asks for work on your website, it arrives in Workiz as a new lead, with the website as its source.
Today that goes through Zapier. Soon you’ll connect Workiz directly in your portal, and every lead will carry what they need, their words and the page they came in on, with no Zap to look after.
Then the work comes back, so Rule & Form learns which pages and towns bring in the jobs you want.

Setup
- In your portal, open Settings, then Integrations, and choose Webhook.
- In Zapier, start a Zap with Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook, and paste its address into your portal.
- Press Send a test lead, so Zapier can see what a lead looks like.
- Add the step that creates the record in your software, match the fields once, and turn the Zap on.

What stays the same

- You decide what every lead becomes. Rule & Form never creates jobs or estimates for you.
- Every lead is still texted and emailed to you, so nothing is lost if a Zap stops.

Questions
How will the direct connection work?
You copy a key from your Workiz account into your portal, once. Workiz offers it with its developer add-on.
Do I need a paid Zapier plan?
Yes. The webhook step in Zapier is on its paid plans. When the direct connection arrives, you won’t need Zapier at all.
Could the same lead arrive twice?
Every lead carries its own key. If a send times out, we send it again with the same key, so a step that checks the key never adds a lead twice.
Does it cost extra?
Not from us. Sending leads out is included in your Rule & Form plan.
