Overview
Your team already runs the work in Housecall Pro, and that doesn’t change. When someone asks for work on your website, the lead is sent on to Housecall Pro, so it’s there when your team looks.
Today that goes through Zapier, which adds each lead as a new customer in Housecall Pro. Soon you’ll connect Housecall Pro once in your portal, and every lead will land in your Job Inbox as a lead, with what they need, their words and the page they came from.
Then the work comes back. As a lead becomes a job and gets finished, Rule & Form sees what it turned into, and learns which pages and towns bring in the work you want.

Setup
- In your portal, open Settings, then Integrations, and choose Webhook.
- In Zapier, start a Zap with Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook, and paste its address into your portal.
- Press Send a test lead, so Zapier can see what a lead looks like.
- Add the step that creates the record in your software, match the fields once, and turn the Zap on.

Questions
Which Housecall Pro plan do I need?
Through Zapier, any plan that connects to Zapier. For the direct connection, Housecall Pro lets other software send leads on its MAX plan.
Do I need a paid Zapier plan?
Yes. The webhook step in Zapier is on its paid plans. When the direct connection arrives, you won’t need Zapier at all.
Could the same lead arrive twice?
Every lead carries its own key. If a send times out, we send it again with the same key, so a step that checks the key never adds a lead twice.
Does it cost extra?
Not from us. Sending leads out is included in your Rule & Form plan.
