Your CSRs already work bookings in ServiceTitan, and that doesn’t change. When someone asks for work on your website, it becomes a booking there, ready to call back and schedule.
Today that goes through Zapier, which creates a booking from each lead. Soon you’ll connect ServiceTitan directly, and every booking will carry what they need, their words, the page they came in on and the campaign it belongs to.
Then the work comes back. As a booking becomes a job and an invoice, Rule & Form sees what it turned into, so the pages and towns that win you real revenue get more of the effort.

Setup
- In your portal, open Settings, then Integrations, and choose Webhook.
- In Zapier, start a Zap with Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook, and paste its address into your portal.
- Press Send a test lead, so Zapier can see what a lead looks like.
- Add the step that creates the record in your software, match the fields once, and turn the Zap on.

Questions
Will this change how my CSRs book?
No. A website lead simply arrives as a booking, the same as one from any other source, and your team works it as it always does.
Do I need a paid Zapier plan?
Yes. The webhook step in Zapier is on its paid plans. When the direct connection arrives, you won’t need Zapier at all.
Could the same lead arrive twice?
Every lead carries its own key. If a send times out, we send it again with the same key, so a step that checks the key never adds a lead twice.
Does it cost extra?
Not from us. Sending leads out is included in your Rule & Form plan.
