How do I ask for a change?
The short answer
Ask Rule & Form in your portal, or text it, in plain words. If it can make the change itself, it does. If not, it becomes a request that a real person on our team handles, and you’re told when it’s done.
Ask in plain words
You don't need to know how websites work to change yours. Tell Rule & Form what you want, the way you'd tell a person:
- "We don't do septic work anymore."
- "Add Hutto to our service area."
- "We're closed on Sundays now."
- "Our phone number changed."
You can ask in your portal, or by text from your phone.
What happens next
If it can make the change itself, like updating your hours or your towns, it does, and your updated site waits for your approval before it goes live. Why.
If it can't, your ask becomes a request, and a real person on our team handles it. You're told when it's done, with a note about what we did.
What you can ask about
Anything to do with your website, your business details, your Google listing, your search coverage or your AI visibility. If you're not sure whether something is ours to do, ask anyway, and we'll tell you.
What we'll point elsewhere
Anything after the lead, like scheduling, quoting or invoicing, lives in your job software. We'll tell you so, rather than say yes to something we don't do. Why.
