Leads
What a lead from your website includes, how you hear about it, and how it reaches your job software.

What a lead from your site includes
Who the customer is, how to reach them, what they need in their own words, and which page they were on when they asked. If they arrived from an ad, the lead says that too.
- 02
How spam is kept out
Every form has two spam checks: a bot test from Cloudflare, and a hidden box that only bots fill in. If the bot test itself is down, the lead still comes through, because losing a real customer is worse than one spam message.
- 03
How you hear about a new lead
By text and by email, usually within seconds of the customer pressing send, and always within a minute or so. The text tells you who it is and what they need. The email links to the full lead in your portal.
- 04
Sending leads to Jobber and other software
Connect Jobber once, and every lead from your website becomes a new request in Jobber. For other software, we can send each lead to a web address you choose. Either way, you still get the text and the email.

What we don’t do after the lead
We don’t schedule jobs, write estimates, chase quotes, send invoices or text your customers. That’s your job software’s work, and it’s already good at it. We win the work and hand it over.

How do I see which pages bring in work?
Your Analytics screen shows your leads, the phone calls people tap to make from your site, and your visits, each with the page and the way people arrived. Every lead also shows how that customer found you.
