What do you ask me, and why?
Your business name, your trade, your phone number, where you’re based, the towns you serve and the services you do. That’s enough to build your whole site. A few short setup questions fill in the rest, and you can add more any time.

Where do my business details come from?
From you, first. To save you typing, we also read your old website and your Google listing and fill in what they say. We keep track of where each detail came from, and anything you tell us wins.

Nothing goes live without your OK
You see your whole site before anyone else does, and it goes live only when you approve it. When something changes later, you see the new version and approve it before it replaces the old one.

How do I change my hours, services or towns?
Change them on the Business screen in your portal, or ask Rule & Form in plain words. Your site is updated to match everywhere it mentions them, and you approve the update before it goes live.
