What it is

Keeping it matching your website
Google trusts a business more when its name, phone number, address and hours are the same everywhere. Your website already uses one set of business details on every page. Your Google profile should match it.
We only change it if you ask
Your profile stays yours. If you'd like help setting it up or keeping it current, choose Set it up with us on the Google screen in your portal. We'll ask you to add us as a manager on your profile, the standard way Google lets you share access. We never change your profile without that, and you can remove us at any time.
