What pages does my site get?
The short answer
A page for every service you do, a page for every town you serve, a library of answers to common customer questions, and your home, about and contact pages. Our demonstration plumbing site has 452 pages, Spanish included.
The pages every site gets
A page for every service you do. Drain cleaning, water heater repair, panel upgrades, roof replacement: whatever your trade, each service you do gets its own page, grouped into families in your menus. Untick a service you don't do, and it's gone from your whole site.
A page for every town you serve. Each town gets a page with wording about that town, so a customer in Pflugerville sees that you actually work in Pflugerville.
An answers library. Plain answers to the questions your customers ask, like how to tell if you have a hidden leak or how to choose a plumber. These are the questions people type into Google and ask AI assistants.
Home, about and contact. Your about page tells your story. If you had an old site, its story is used to write it.
Services and towns pages that list everything, so customers and Google can see the whole picture.
Pages you might also have
- Your blog posts and legal pages, carried over word for word, if your old site had them. More on that.
- A Spanish version of every page, if you serve customers in Spanish. More on that.
How big is that?
It depends on how many services you do and towns you serve. Our demonstration plumbing business does 56 services in 12 towns, in English and Spanish, and its site has 452 pages. A business that does less gets fewer pages, and every one of them is real.

Why so many pages?
Because customers search for the job, not the company. Someone with no hot water searches "water heater repair" and their town. A site with a real page for that job in that town has something to show them. A five-page site doesn't. Why we don't just add pages for every keyword.
