What happens if I cancel?
The short answer
You can cancel any month, with no contract. Your site isn’t deleted. It moves back to its free Rule & Form address, your domain is yours to point anywhere, and if you come back, so does your site.
Cancel any month
There's no contract. Your plan is $299 a month, and you can cancel any month.
Your site isn't deleted
When your plan ends, your site moves back to the free Rule & Form address it was first given, like yourbusiness.sites.ruleandform.com. Nothing on it is destroyed.
While your domain still points at us, visitors who go to your domain are sent on to that free address, and any leads still reach you. You can point your domain anywhere else whenever you're ready. It's yours. Who owns what.
If a card payment fails
A failed payment doesn't take your site down straight away. The payment is retried first. Your site moves only after the plan has actually ended.
If you come back
Start your plan again, and while your domain still points at us, your site moves back to it, as it was.
Before you cancel
If something isn't working for you, tell us first. Ask Rule & Form in your portal or by text, or email hello@ruleandform.com. We'd rather fix it.
